Acceptance of Terms

When you access or use any service provided by EchoMarkety Store, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not use any EchoMarkety Store offering. Anyone who uses our services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use EchoMarkety Store's services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless EchoMarkety Store has given you written authorization to do otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

EchoMarkety Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If product information, pricing, or availability contains an error, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; EchoMarkety Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and the time slot you select.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by EchoMarkety Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or picked up, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on EchoMarkety Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "EchoMarkety Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to EchoMarkety Store and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any EchoMarkety Store content without our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by EchoMarkety Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must promptly notify EchoMarkety Store of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for making sure that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of EchoMarkety Store's services must first be submitted to EchoMarkety Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it will be settled through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, under that provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award is final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

EchoMarkety Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Continuing to use our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using EchoMarkety Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
